Results sections with tables or figures
Question:
How much information in the text needs to overlap with the tables and figures?
Answer:
There is no need for extensive overlap between the body text and the tables and figures. In general, the body text must present only the main points of the tables and figures. Additionally, mention only the most important data. Remember to mention all tables and / or figures, because your readers will want to know about this.
Question:
What are some things I need to mention regarding tables and figures?
Answer:
When citing tables and figures, you must emphasize your findings/ results and not the table or figure.
