Self-Plagiarism: How to Avoid It
Plagiarism, according to Merriam-Webster Dictionary (2011), does not only pertain to taking ideas or using the work of others without acknowledging or citing the source but also presenting as new and original, an idea or product derived from an existing source. The second definition covers what we call self-plagiarism.
